Après Omakase - March 20th, 2026
Join us for an exciting après omakase evening inspired by the mountains of Japan.
On March 20th the Rangeley Tavern will be transformed for a special Japanese themed cocktail hour and omakase buffet, featuring cuisine by Chef Justin Amaral of Maillard Kitchen and small batch beer from Sidereal Farm Brewery. Doors open at 4:30pm.

Join us in the rustic fireside Tavern from 4:30pm for cocktail hour featuring sake drinks and small batch beer, followed by an omakase buffet from 5:30pm in our elegant historic dining room. Seating will be throughout both spaces.

Our Guests
David D'Angelo of Sidereal Farm, an organic regenerative farm in Vassalboro, will share a selection of his small batch beer. He will be joined by Chef Justin Amaral of their on-site Maillard Kitchen, who will prepare the evening's exciting menu.
